Scope and Execution
These Sport Betting Rules govern Run4win customers’ use of all interactive betting products and services offered on the Run4win website and mobile portals. They form part of Run4win's General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail. The English text governs interpretation where translations exist.
Definitions and Governance
-
Event: an organized sports match or event between two teams or individuals, offered for betting by Run4win.
-
Market: a distinct betting proposition relating to an Event, including outright, selection-based, or special markets.
-
End User: a registered customer holding a Run4win betting account eligible to place bets.
Bet Information, Accuracy, and Finality
Run4win provides Betting Information in good faith, but must not be treated as a guarantee of outcomes. Run4win may amend errors or omissions in odds, venues, times, or results. Run4win has the final and binding decision on all Markets.
Bet Acceptance, Timing, and Live Bets
-
Bets on Markets that are not marked as live must be placed before the Event start to be valid, unless a Market explicitly allows in-play acceptance.
-
Bets placed after the Event has started on non-live Markets will be void, except where a Market is designated as live and accepted in real time.
-
It is the End User’s responsibility to verify the status of the Event prior to wagering.
Abandonment, Postponements, and Venue Changes
-
If an Event does not start or finish as scheduled, bets on Markets not yet unconditionally determined will be void unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Market description.
-
If an Event starts but is later abandoned and not completed within the defined period, only Markets that are unconditionally determined remain valid; the rest are voided.
-
Should the Event be postponed beyond 48 hours from the original start time, Run4win may void undecided bets and refund stakes, unless a Market description specifies otherwise for the postponement.
-
A change of Venue or a shift of home/away status will render bets on the match void, except as otherwise provided for non-team events or Markets opened prior to the change.
Results, Settlement, and Evidence
-
Markets are generally settled after the Event has concluded. If there is no official result available, Run4win will determine the result using available evidence or official sources.
-
In cases where a result is contradicted by Run4win’s own video materials, Run4win will rely on those materials to determine the final result. If no video material exists, the governing body’s official result prevails.
-
Run4win reserves the right to suspend settlement on any Market if there is uncertainty about the result.
-
Run4win may reverse settlements if an error is discovered and settled bets were affected, provided the decision is made before the conclusion of the Event or within the applicable settlement window.
Outright, In-Play, and Special Markets
-
Outright markets involve predicting a winner or final standings for a competition, league, or tournament. If a participant does not start, Outright bets on that participant are void unless market terms specify otherwise.
-
Head-to-Head (H2H) markets exclude certain settlement rules; if a listed participant does not take part, H2H markets involving that participant are void.
-
Play-or-Pay: Outright market bets stand even if listed participants cannot take part, and are settled as losses where applicable; see Market description for scope.
-
Any adjustments to team or participant who is replaced within the same team do not affect team-market settlements, but individual performance markets may be void.
Common Bet Types and Settlement Principles
-
Moneyline: select the winner of an Event or market; penalties or overtime may be excluded unless stated otherwise.
-
Handicap and Asian Handicap: bets incorporate a virtual advantage or disadvantage to balance the competition; in-play Asian Handicap is settled against the live score as displayed at the time of settlement.
-
Over/Under: bets on total points or goals, settled against the final aggregate; a defined target determines Over or Under outcomes.
-
Odd/Even: bets on the parity of the total points/goals in the Event.
-
Multi Bets: a combined wager on multiple selections; all selections must win for the multi to win; if any selection is void or postponed, odds may be adjusted or the stake refunded per Market rules.
-
System Bets: akin to multi bets but allow for partial win scenarios; settlement follows the Market terms and may require recalculation for complex combinations.
Soccer Specific Markets
-
1X2: bet on home win, draw, or away win; excludes extra time and penalties unless Market terms specify otherwise.
-
Correct Score: predict the exact final score; penalties and extra time are not included unless Market terms state otherwise.
-
Half-time/Full-time: predict outcomes at half and full time; extra time and penalties are excluded unless specified.
-
First/Last/Anytime Scorer: applies to regular time unless Market states otherwise; own goals may be treated as no scorer depending on the Market.
-
Corners and Other Soccer Submarkets: endogenous to event and may be adjusted for official stoppages or changes as described in the Market terms.
Display, Odds, and Payout Adjustments
-
Odds displayed to End Users are presented with two decimal places; total odds are calculated using a sixth decimal precision, while the total payout is truncated to two decimals.
-
Any discrepancy between displayed odds and settled results due to rounding is resolved in Run4win’s favor in the absence of a clear error.
-
The maximum allowed time frame for post-settlement re-calculation or re-settlement of a bet is 30 days.
Errors, Palpable Mistakes, and Market Integrity
-
Run4win may cancel or void bets in the event of a palpable error in odds, event details, or acceptance of a bet.
-
Run4win may restrict or suspend bets or Markets to prevent market manipulation or to protect customers and the integrity of the betting system.
-
Run4win reserves the right to investigate and take action against suspected fraud or attempted circumvention of risk controls.
General Provisions and Dispute Resolution
These Rules are subject to Run4win’s General Terms and Conditions. Any disputes regarding settlements or Market interpretations shall be resolved by Run4win in accordance with the governing law and the dispute resolution procedures set forth in the General Terms and Conditions.
