Getting started: create and secure your Run4win account

Kick off your Run4win journey by clicking Sign Up on the top right. Fill the required fields and submit. We’ll email a verification link; click the link to activate your account. If you forget your password, go to Sign In and select Forgot Password to receive a reset link. If you need help, our support team is ready via Live Chat or email. Run4win operates with a one-account policy: each player may have a single active account. If you previously had an account, contact us to discuss reactivation instead of creating a new one.

Verify your identity, secure your play, and keep control

To keep things safe and compliant, Run4win uses a straightforward verification flow (KYC). When you request a withdrawal or when required, you may be asked to upload:

• Proof of identity: government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license).
• Proof of address: a document dated within the last 3 months showing your name and address (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of funds (for certain deposits): screenshot or document showing the funds you used.

Document specifics: accepted formats are PDF, JPG, or PNG; each file should be up to 3 MB. You’ll be notified when your documents are reviewed and verified. To protect your account, you can set:

• Deposit limits, Loss limits, Wagering limits, and Session limits on your Profile → Limits.
• Cooling-off (1 day to 6 months) or Self-exclusion (6 months to permanent) via Profile → Restrictions.

Security tips: use a unique, strong password, keep your device free of malware, and avoid sharing login details. If you suspect any unauthorized activity, contact Support immediately.

Deposits, withdrawals, and currencies

Funding your Run4win account is quick with crypto options. We support Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, USDT, Ripple (XRP), Binance Coin, Cardano, and TRON. Crypto deposits usually appear within minutes; delays come from blockchain confirmations or network traffic.

Withdrawals: before you can cash out, you generally need to wager the deposited amount at least three times. There are no fixed withdrawal limits. You can add currencies on the Deposit page by selecting Add Currency; note that your base currency cannot be changed after you set it, but you can use multiple currencies for deposits and withdrawals.

What if a transfer is missing, wrong, or blocked? If a deposit isn’t visible yet, check the blockchain or your wallet; if you need help, reach out to Support. And for withdrawals, you may be asked for documents (ID, address) before processing.

Fairness, game rules, and getting support

Fairness is built into Run4win. Some games provide a Provability widget to verify outcomes in real time. All games are run under licensed conditions and audited for fair play.

Find game rules easily: open the game and click Game Rules, or use the in-game rules button if you’re mid-play. View your game history in Profile → Game History. If you see anything unusual, contact Support with details (game name, time, table, username).
